中國強制性產品認證制度 （CCC認證）
    2001年4月經國務院決定，國家質量技術監督局與國家出入境檢驗檢疫局合并，組建中華人民共和國國家質量監督檢驗檢疫總局（簡稱國家質檢總局）。 國家認證認可監督管理委員會統一負責國家強制性產品認證制度的管理和組織實施工作。對于國家實行強制認證的產品，由國家公布統一的目錄，確定統一適用的國家標準、技術規則和實施程序，制定統一的標志，規定統一的收費標準。凡列入強制性產品認證目錄內的產品，必須經國家指定的認證機構認證合格，取得相關證書并加施認證標志后，方能出廠銷售、進口和在經營性活動中使用。
    新的強制性產品認證制度于2002年5月1日起實施。為保證新、舊制度順利過渡，原有的產品安全認證制度和進口安全質量許可制度自2003年5月1日起廢止。
    根據中國入世承諾和體現國民待遇的原則，國家對強制性產品認證使用統一的標志。新的國家強制性認證標志名稱為"中國強制認證"，英文名稱為"China Compulsory Certification"，英文縮寫為"CCC"。中國強制認證標志實施以后，將逐步取代原來實行的"長城"標志和"CCIB"標志。
